It seems as if the fines should be very steep for these two So Cal water main breaks.  We here in Northern California, are being fined $250 for watering on the wrong days, or even during the wrong hours.  This has to have wasted a good 8-11.5 million gallons at least.  I know a lot of Nor-Cal Residents that believe it's time we stop sending our water down to the L.A. region, and that was before this over-wasting of water.

If Residents of Sacramento are being fined for improper water usage, then we want to at least see them from the south be a little more conservative with OUR water, or we'll have to reduce the amount exported.

Obama Mocks Congress One Day After SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) Rebuked him

In a combative speech Friday morning, President Obama made clear that a rebuke from the Supreme Court this week was not going to stop him from trying to work around a gridlocked Congress as he tries to implement his agenda.

He even took a moment to indirectly mock House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), who this week threatened to sue Obama over his use of executive orders to enact policy changes.

The remarks on Friday were especially significant, coming as they did just a day after the Supreme Court ruled that Obama had violated the Constitution by appointing members to the National Labor Relations Board during a three-day congressional recess. In his remarks, the president made clear he is not only unrepentant about his use of executive orders – he’s prepared to keep moving in the same direction.

I do want to give Rob Garver a high-five for keeping it real though, and doing his part to state that Obama has been found in violation of the US Constitution, the law of the land, which he swore under oath to honor and protect it as well as 'faithfully execute the laws."

Now being that he HAS violated the Law of the land, making his oath no longer valid, so is it safe to call him a liar? When is this behavior of his going to be enough to warrant a reprimand? Should we Impeach him for lying to us about everything?

Knowing that he has lied on so many fronts, you would think questioning where his fraudulent birth certificate came from would be considered reasonable to say the least.

In my last ditch effort to save our republic I believe that we have a duty to not only protect our Constitution but to ensure the future generations prosperity is still possible. when I decided last year I would run for district 3, it became glaringly obvious that my chances of winning the election were superb. Yet during my early days on the campaign trail trying to get signatures from my nominators I couldn't help but notice that so many people no matter the facts, still have a positive attitude towards Barrack Obama.

This and showed me how misinformed the public truly is. We have the most radical, tyrannical government that we have seen in our country's entire existence. Now, when or if Americans finally see the truth will day flee from the Democratic Party or are they so entwined with handouts and healthcare that they are unwilling to banish this communist party, named Democratic Party.  They seem to be more than out of touch but out of this world if anybody can explain to me how our president can both of you tell Congress that he alone has the power and means to dodge the Constitution. To me this alone cause for impeachment on the basis of young people disgusted with his utter disrespect for the law of the land.

Then let's move on to benghazi, and the switching of the talking points to blatantly obvious attempt to attack our first Amendment right to free speech.   The main thing to get from this scandal, is the dumping of the facts, that they were well aware of at the time that it was a terrorist attack on our Lybian ambassador on 9/11/2012. 

The Obama administration has the audacity to get a video posted on YouTube and start stating that it was the video that sparked a riot, which subsequently affected the safety of four Americans.  Why did they say that?  What many top level analysts say that they are sure the only reason Obama didnt want the truth about AL Qaeda's force throughout the middle east which the democrats are funding them through our very own tax revenue, even though the beginning is starting to look like Treason?

The other thing is , why is the man who made the  video the only person that has been charged with a crime, and not those responsible?

To fix this corruption we have to start at the bottom, so let's start with your vote, write in Greg Pitsch for District 3 councilman In stockton. We have the candidate who vows to fight against the Wicked Politics.

Stockton is facing its share of challenges. As the city tries to get its financial house in order and address the violence that it has struggled with for the past few years, scandals and squabbles at the top of city government seem to dominate the headlines.

Emails from Mayor Anthony Silva about city business could shed important light on efforts to solve Stockton's problems. But getting those emails – which an expert said are public records – can be difficult.

Citing California's public records laws, News10 requested emails sent to and from Silva's work email account since he took office last January.

According to the records the city sent News10, Silva did not send a single message from his city email account for the entire months of May and June.

First off, News10 what do you think you are going to uncover, by getting his emails? Also, I don't get what you believe gives you the right to have records of his personal e-mails, text messeges and phone calls, because you don't! I am one who will stand by his side on this issue, and say that he should not hand over any personal account information, what the news station is doing here is extortion, we need to realize when the media is over-stepping the boundaries set in place by our constitution.

Rains Three Days Straight in Central California, but Still in "Drought"

ASSOCIATED PRESS - The San Francisco Bay Area has received only about 25 percent of the rain it has normally had by this time of year, said National Weather Service forecaster Diana Henderson.

San Francisco normally would have received 14.5 inches of rain this season by now. That figure is currently at a little more than 3 inches, with up to 3 more inches expected over the weekend.
Before the storm rolls out Monday morning, the northern San Francisco Bay Area could see as much as 9 inches of rain, the weather service said. In the Sierra, up to 4 feet of snow is expected at elevations above 7,000 feet. (AP)

10/3/13 - Ann Coulter joined Sean Hannity Thursday night to take on what she views as a politically-motivated government shutdown, on the part of President Obama. Lamenting the closure of the World War II memorial and other "privately-run" sights, Coulter said, "This is absolutely 100% political." "He's doing this to punish people so he can blame Republicans when it is 100% the Democrats," Coulter continued. Picking up where Hannity left off in his previous segment, she said "the entire fight has come down to" whether Democrats will agree to "live under Obamacare" like the rest of America.

Coulter explained why she was for a government shutdown to achieve this goal in 2013 when she was against it back when Newt Gingrich was leading the charge against President Bill Clinton. Most importantly, she said, conservative now own part of the media landscape.

"There was no Fox News in 1995," she said. "Nobody was on the internet. Talk radio wasn't as big as it is now. If you look at the polls, even with 100% of the non-Fox media pushing the idea that it's Republicans'" fault, the gap between those who blame Democrats and those who blame Republicans is far smaller than it was in 18 years ago.

And on Republicans who Hannity described as "giving in to the bullying" of President Obama and showing signs of compromise, Coulter asked, "Were they in a coma during the launch of the Obamacare exchanges? Have they seen what's happening?"
